The complex is conveniently located just minutes away from both secluded and popular 'full amenity' beaches, offering residents the perfect blend of convenience and privacy. The nearby beaches provide a range of amenities, including restrooms, showers, and beachside cafes, making it an ideal spot for families or individuals looking to enjoy a day in the sun.

PDS House Rules:

No smoking.
Do not put any toilet paper in the toilets. Do not put anything other than pee or poo in the toilets.
When coming back from the beach clean all sand off either in the shower in the pool area or with the tap at the front of the house. Do not clean sand off in the showers in the house.
Do not take any food to the common areas such as the pool. Do not take ANY glass (even for water) to the pool area. No consumption of alcohol allowed in the common areas.
Follow posted rules at pool.
No parties allowed in the common areas (no parties in the pool area)

Quiet hours:

• Weekdays 11pm to 8am
• Weekends midnight to 8am
No pets allowed
• If you are given a special exemption for pets: pets are NOT allowed EVER outside your unit unless in your vehicle. NO pets running free and NO pets ever in places like the pool area.
No vehicle repairs in the complex anywhere.
If your vehicle leaks, you must clean it up.
Dispose of garbage and compost in the receptacles provided only.
No fires except in a barbecue you bring and use in the front paved area of the unit.
No fires or barbecues allowed in the common areas such as the pool area.
Parking is ONLY permitted on the parking area in front of your unit, or in an area designated. No parking is ever permitted on “Bruce Greenough Lane” (the road in the complex).
Speed limit 15km in the complex
Do not go in the areas that are not paved when weather condition (rain/wet) would cause any damage.
